The Board of Directors of the Dubai Investors Group has the honor to invite the honorable shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting which will be held on Wednesday, 22 July 2020, at 5:30 pm in Meeting Plus 7 Hall City Center Rotana Hotel. In the event that the legal quorum is not complete to convene the meeting, the second meeting will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2020, at 5:30 pm in the same venue.

Accordingly, the shareholders are requested to be present at the meeting hall one hour before the specified time, in order to register their names and the number of shares held by each. Also, we direct the attention of the shareholders that in the context of the efforts exerted by the State of Qatar to maintain public health and social distancing, Dubai Investors Group announces that the aforementioned General Assembly meeting will also be held virtually at the same time through conference call.

Agenda:

– Electing the independent board members for the three years (2020-2021-2022) and voting for the seat of the company’s employees representative.
