Dubai Investors Group has announced that the necessary quorum for the second Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held today, Tuesday, 23rd of June 2020 has not been met. Therefore, subject to Article 139 of the Companies Law and Article 58 of the Company statute, an invitation for a third meeting shall be made after thirty days from the date of the second meeting and it will be published after liaising with the concerned Government authorities.
